All orders placed on the Nyv Dermacare website are prepaid orders only. Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

2. Domestic Delivery Timelines (India)

Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on location. Orders shipped to metro cities are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take approximately 10 to 12 business days, depending on courier accessibility and regional logistics conditions.

3. International Shipping Timelines

International orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time for international shipments ranges between 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and international courier operations.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may be levied by the destination country as per local regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer directly to the authorities or courier partner upon delivery.

5. Delivery Hours & Recipient Availability

Deliveries are attempted Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A recipient must be available to accept and sign for the package at the delivery address. If you are unavailable, please ensure a trusted family member, friend, or neighbor is authorized to receive the order on your behalf.
